I'd fitted my own alarm many years ago but it failed so I bought a replacement panel. I'm no longer able to get up to the Bell Boxes so i needed to find an Alarm Engineer. I trawled the Internet and found Craig (CJB Installation Services) so i took a chance and phoned him and im so glad I did. What a lovely bloke! A real breath of fresh air with nothing being too much trouble for him. Honestly. He's amazing. Now in my phone as my Go To Alarm Engineer. Thanks Craig 👍

We have just had our alarm updated and added to by Craig from CJB Installation Services, and would give it a five star rating.
I felt we were advised on suitable and necessary products to suit our needs, rather than excessive items.
Craig took on board that I have hearing loss, and installed things that would be helpful to me.
I particularly like the doorbell camera, which has two audible receivers, plus mobile phone notifications.
He has been very good and patient at answering any questions we have had, whilst getting used to our new system.
We would highly recommend him to anyone considering having an alarm/CCTV system, and feel he has become a new friend.
His prices are very competitive with no hidden extras, and his work is exceptional.

The service provided by Craig and Georgia has been exceptional.
From initial quote the security cameras were installed and working within 4 days. Both Craig and particularly his daughter were extremely patient uploading the App onto both phones, no mean feat for us oldies even came back the following day to explain things again.
Excellent service throughout and I would highly recommend.

The service provided by Craig and Georgia has been exceptional.

Craig visited today to look at my cctv which has not been working for a while.
I am so pleased with how they dealt with the issue. It was soon up and running. They even tidied up all the cables. It looks so much better plus it's working again.
I would 100% recommend CJB installation services. They were on time, courteous, professional and resolved the issue.

with infra red, which gives black and white images; LED lights are triggered if there is any perceived activity when there are colour images. We were very pleased with the service provided and we were told to let CJB know if we had any problems.

On the day both Craig & Georgia were brilliant, prompt & fully explained everything as they both went on with the installation. Work completed to a high standard & now feel a lot more secure with in my own home.

I usually do not leave reviews, but when you have outstanding service right from first contact to the finished service, I have to say something. They are brilliant! Answered my many questions in terms that I could understand, quick communications, punctual, knowledgeable and respectful. Craig & Georgia were absolutely brilliant. I would not hesitate in slightest to recommend this company. Everything from start to finish was just so easy. The customer service was a breath of fresh air, you are treated as a client, not a number, at that moment in time if Craig is quoting or installing you were the all that mattered. I greatly appreciate their service and feel safe and secure.
