Brian Boley the pastor at The Chapel Centre Chapel first contacted CJB Installation service specialists in Audiovisual installation in leicestershire on July 2021 over the telephone. After discussing his unique AudioVisual needs we booked Brian in for a free site survey at the Chapel to discuss his needs further, we met up with him a few days later.

When we arrived at the Chapel in Leicestershire it was undergoing a huge refurbishment and modenisation. Brian explained he wanted to work with local Leicestershire businesses and his vision for the Chapel was to make it a welcoming and accessible space for the church and for the community. The vision for the chapel was to create a flexible and engaging space for a number of diverse activities. The Chapel is a beautiful Georgian building nestled in a small rural village in Leicestershire.

The Story of the Chapel Centre.

Brian explained to CJB Installation services exactly what he wanted to achieve. He wanted the ability to lead any Church or community activity from any location within the main space of the Chapel by means of Audio and Visual solutions. The audiovisual equipment needed to be user-friendly allowing anyone within the Chapel to access it.

Our challenge was now to go away with all of the information Brian had given us and turn his vision into a workable user-friendly design.

Why The Chapel Centre chose CJB Installation Services to carry out the Audiovisual work.

CJB Installation services was one of three companies invited to quote on the audiovisual installation. Brian first made contact with CJB by means of a google search. Brian was impressed by our timely detailed quotation and stated how thorough we were with our quotation and itemised every item. He was also very impressed by our lead Audiovisual engineer Craig who was able to offer his years of experience in the Audiovisual industry. Brian also commented on our proactive ethos that runs right the way through our company.

The Challenges CJB Installation Services Faced.

One of our major challenges was sourcing materials, being in the middle of a global pandemic it was getting increasingly difficult to require the products we needed and in the time frame, we needed them. We were working alongside other professional tradespeople including, builders, carpet fitters, plumbers and painters, and decorators who were all having the same sourcing challenges as us.

The Outcome

We all thoroughly enjoyed working on this project with Brian, every morning meant a beautiful drive for us from Oadby to Billesdon through all the winding country roads with spectacular views.

When the job was signed off and everyone had been trained to use the equipment we were invited back to The Chapel Centre for their official open morning. It was a great opportunity to meet the whole team and everyone involved with the Chapel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and tucked into tea and beautiful homemade cakes. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming and the Chapel looked and sounded fantastic. All in all a lovely morning was had by all, I even received some yummy vegetarian recipes from a member of the Chapel.
